Bhaktapur is a part of Bagmati Province & a neighboring district to Kathmandu & Lalitpur. It is the smallest district of Nepal. It is famous for religious, cultural and historical heritages. It is rich in ancient arts, religious values, fabulous cultural traditions, architectural masterpieces and ancient sculptures. It is also known as open museum. Moreover, it is also famous as a city of gods. Bhaktapur has a cluster of temples, pagodas, monuments, courtyard, squares. traditional houses, artistic stones, taps, also Buddhist shrines and monasteries built in different times of the history. Newari life style and their fabulous traditions and rituals are reflected in Bhaktapur. Lalitpur/Patan is historically known as Patan and is the fourth most populated city of Nepal. It is the neighboring city to Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. It is best known for its rich cultural heritage, particularly its tradition of arts and crafts. It is city renowned for its festival and feast, fine ancient art, and the making of metallic, wood and stone carved statues. Patan Durbar Square is the main attraction of Lalitpur which is listed as the UNESCO Heritage Sites

Pokhara is the second largest city of Nepal, which is supposed to be the tourism capital of Nepal. It is rich in natural beauties with lakes, mountains, gorges, river, caves, temples and greenery. Pokhara is best known for the stunning view of the Annapurna range. It is the gateway to Annapurna Circuit. The city has a humid subtropical climate. It is around 200 kilometers away from Kathmandu. By road, it takes around 7 hours and only 25 minutes by air.

Sauraha is the Eastern Part of Chitwan which is one of the important tourist destinations of Nepal. It is famous for Chitwan National Park which is rich in natural beauty and biodiversity. We can observe various wild animals and birds in this park. We can enjoy the ethnic cultures too. It lies near to Rapti River.

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU & OVERNIGHT AT NAGARKOT

Nagarkot is a village, which is 32 kilometers North-East from Kathmandu. It is best known for the sunrise view of beautiful Himalayas Mount Everest as well as other peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. It also offers the panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Square of Kathmandu Valley and is a UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is situated in Bhaktapur District. It is a Newari City, which is 16 km away from Kathmandu. The Golden Gate, 55 Windows Royal Palace, Batsala Devi Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, The National Art Gallery, Nyatapola Temple, Bhairab Temple, Dattatraya Temple, Pottery Square and Wakupati Narayan Temple are the main attractions of Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

DAY 03: KATHMANDU CITY TOUR

Pashupatinath Temple is one of the 8 UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Kathmandu Valley. It is the holiest and largest shrines for Hindus.The religious hub of 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) are located 3km north west of Kathmandu on the banks of Bagmati River. The great Pashupatinath Temple was built in the 5th century and is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia.

The architecture includes the main pagoda-style with a gilded roof, four sides covered in silver, and wood carvings of the finest quality. Only Hindus are allowed inside are allowed inside the gates of the main temple and visitors are requested to respect the religious rules and regulations.

One of the largest stupas in the world and a UNESCO world heritage site, Boudhanath Stupa is a prominent center of Tibetan Buddhism. Its symbolic architecture represents the Buddha’s path towards enlightenment. The stupa was built to house holy relics. And locals even claim that it contains a piece of bone from the skeleton of Siddhartha Gautama. Also, its mandala shape is a replication of the Gyangste of Tibet. While here, stroll around the white dome buzzing with positive energy, light a butter lamp, look around for souvenirs or watch the devotees circumnavigating the dome. It is suggested to dress modestly while visiting the stupa

A UNESCO world heritage site, Swayambhunath Stupa, the oldest shrine of Swayambandhu, is the holiest Buddhist Chaitya in Nepal. As it sits atop a little hillock of Swaymibhunath, it serves as an excellent spot to see breathtaking views. Behind the hill, there are also various temples dedicated to many Hindu gods and goddesses. According to the local legend, the temple spontaneously evolved from a primordial lake about 2,000 years ago whereas the inscriptions suggest that it was built by King Manadeva in 460 AD. It is suggested to dress modestly while visiting the temple

Kathmandu Durbar Square is also known as Basantapur Dubar Square or Hanumandhoka Durbar Square. It is one of the UNESCO Heritage sites of Nepal which is famous for its richness at Culture, Art and Architecture. It is an important site for Buddhist and Hindu rituals, holy ceremonies, royal events, and kingly coronations. The Kumari Ghar, The Taleju Bhawani Temple, The Shiva Parbati Temple, The Hanuman Dhoka Statue, The Kalbhairav Temple, The Hanuman Dhoka Palace Meusem are some of the major attractions of this Square.

Visit Fewa Lake & Enjoy the Boating

Fewa Lake is famous for its picturesque beauty, Phewa lake is the second largest lake in Pokhara. The lake is located at the foothills of the Himalayas and offers a beautiful view of Annapurna range. The best way to experience the stunning scenery of the Phewa Lake and its surroundings is through boating. Sail through the tranquil waters of Phewa Lake and enjoy the spectacular views of mountain peaks like Machapuchare and Annapurna mountains. Tal Barahi Temple, located in the middle of the lake, is known for its pagoda style architecture made of stone and wood.

DAY 05: VISIT SARANGKOT & ENJOY THE POKHARA CITY TOUR

Sarangkot is a beautiful hilltop, which is 5 kilometers up from the city. It allured tourists for its mesmerizing sunset and sunrise views. Located at an altitude of 1600 meters, it offers a view of some of the world’s highest mountains Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Annapurna (8, 091 m), Macchapucchare (6,997 m), Manasalu (8,163 m). When at Saranngkot, tourists could enjoy paragliding glide over the mountainous terrains and witness the beautiful landscape. A fair amount of walking is required to reach Sarangkot, therefore, it is suggested to wear comfortable shoes.
